The orders page shows orders made for your services, orders of services you promote or orders made by yourself.
We suggest you keep an eye on this page daily, and use the filters in your daily operations. You can use the “Order Status” filter to find unconfirmed bookings that you should either confirm or reject, or check up on past bookings to verify that the guests did show up and everything is noted correctly. By checking up on todays arrivals you can mark bookings as no-show if the guests did not arrive. In this way you avoid paying the commission on the booking. If you don’t mark a reservation as completed or no-show within 3 days of the booking date the booking will automatically be marked as completed. You can check up on upcoming arrivals by using the “Booking date” filter so you can ensure that you have all bookings in your books.
