Bust of U.S President Franklin D. Roosevelt

This is a bust of Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States, 1933-45. The inscription in the bottom reads “Han kæmpede for verdens frihed” which in English translates to: “He fought for world freedom”. The bust was placed there 1953 after World War II.
